Dieter Thurow is the Founder and Principal of Thurow Wealth Management, Inc., in Healdsburg, CA. Prior to founding TWM, Dieter managed the private holdings for several ultra-wealthy families. In that capacity, he was the CFO of Canada's largest owner of apartment properties and, a few years later, the Executive VP of one of the largest owners of office space in Manhattan. His extensive real estate experience enables his firm to navigate the essential Due Diligence process for all the investment solutions offered for the benefit of his clients.

Supervising PrincipalMike is a Supervising Principal specializing in the Alternative Investment space. His experience encompasses direct real estate, 1031 exchange, DSTs, TICs, real estate funds, energy funds, life settlements, estate planning, hedge funds, direct private placements, private debt and private equity, among others. Mike is part of the Due Diligence team at Emerson Equity, and he also supervises over 15 Registered Representatives. In addition to his Supervisory duties, he runs a strong investment practice. Mike’s real estate experience also includes starting a real estate development company where he developed projects valued over $50 million. Mike attended Colorado State University on a football scholarship where he played wide receiver for the Rams. After an injury, Mike came home and attended California State University, Fullerton where he received his B.A. in Advertising. Mike holds his FINRA series 22, 24, 63 and 82 securities licenses and carries his life and health insurance license. He currently lives in San Clemente with his wife Kendall while his 3 children are off to college.
Ursula Thurow has served as Vice President, Industrial & Commercial Leasing & Sales for a large Southern California real estate and development firm. She has also been actively engaged as an independent Real Estate Broker since 1982 (CA License #00703254). As a Broker, she is very familiar with all sides of sales and exchange transactions involving commercial, industrial, residential, investment real estate and vineyard properties.
Her unique background and experience have also enabled her to be the Remodeling and Construction supervisor for dozens of custom properties over the past 30 years.
Ursula's keen understanding of the interaction of location, cap rates, market factors, construction quality, lease characteristics, etc. provides her with a heightened sense of objectivity and expertise. It also gives her a unique perspective on the current and future valuation of real estate assets anywhere in the country to ensure that their long-term potential is consistent with a client's life goals.
As Founder and past owner of Thurow Vineyards, LLC, a boutique vineyard and winery in Dry Creek Valley, Healdsburg, CA she has an intimate understanding of not only business operations but also the many challenges of vineyard and agricultural property ownership.
She also served as a past member of the Board of Trustees, Santa Rosa Junior College, from which she holds a degree in Viticulture.
