
Ursula Thurow has served as Vice President, Industrial & Commercial Leasing & Sales for a large Southern California real estate and development firm. She has also been actively engaged as an independent Real Estate Broker since 1982 (CA License #00703254). As a Broker, she is very familiar with all sides of sales and exchange transactions involving commercial, industrial, residential, investment real estate and vineyard properties.
Her unique background and experience have also enabled her to be the Remodeling and Construction supervisor for dozens of custom properties over the past 30 years.
Ursula's keen understanding of the interaction of location, cap rates, market factors, construction quality, lease characteristics, etc. provides her with a heightened sense of objectivity and expertise. It also gives her a unique perspective on the current and future valuation of real estate assets anywhere in the country to ensure that their long-term potential is consistent with a client's life goals.
As Founder and past owner of Thurow Vineyards, LLC, a boutique vineyard and winery in Dry Creek Valley, Healdsburg, CA she has an intimate understanding of not only business operations but also the many challenges of vineyard and agricultural property ownership.
She also served as a past member of the Board of Trustees, Santa Rosa Junior College, from which she holds a degree in Viticulture.
